Galxy S2 International GT-I9100 - Root

Hi
I have rooted my phone using Siyah-s2-v6.0b5.tar for JB 4.2.1 on XWLSW, all went fine and there is CWM installed by default with this kernel. When I ran it for the first time it gave a notice that CWM works only on CF-Root and it seems that I have different kernel, and since it gives the option to continue anyhow, I have selected this one and again it gave another notice that not all the features are going to work
Since then I am afraid to make anything with relation of getting benefit of the rooting process I have done
I have also installed Rom Manager from the market which also require that I give it reference to the CWM I have and I did.
My questions are:
1- How can I overcome this problem and start the root world
2- Why on earth the developer insert a CWM which is not 100% compatible with the Kernel he develops
Thanks

it gave a notice that CWM works only on CF-Root

Hmm, I've never seen that and I haven't used a CF-Root kernel since my 2.3.6 days.

I have also installed Rom Manager from the market
Rom Manager can cause major issues with the S2, so never use it for anything other than booting into recovery.

1- How can I overcome this problem and start the root world
The device is already rooted. You can access the recovery menu easily enough without CWM (should you wish) with HOME+VOL_UP+POWER, and most custom ROMs offer a "Reboot" option in the POWER menu to enter recovery. Standalone mods are also available to do the same.

2- Why on earth the developer insert a CWM which is not 100% compatible with the Kernel he develops
I don't think it is incompatible - CWM should work with any Samsung-based S2 kernel i.e. not AOKP/AOSP.

Thanks Slug for your reply, it seems you are highly experienced in these issues.
I have postponed my dreams on rooting and yesterday, I have returned back to the stock firmware
I shall keep your advices on mind for future usage
