Help Gameboid for the X?

Is anyone here going to be downloading/using the Gameboid app? I would love to be able to use my phone as a GBA haha. Question for those of you who have used it though...a few people have reported not being able to receive texts after playing it for a little while...is this truly a problem? Also, could anyone post some detailed instructions on how to get it to work? I think I understand it, but could surely use some clarification.

I've received text message mid-playing a game. I use Handcent, so the pop up comes on the screen and the game freezes in the background. As soon as I hit the "X" on the message, the game starts playing again.

So if I don't use Handcent and I just use the stock messaging app, I should be good right?

Couldn't tell yeah. I've never used the stock messaging application on any of my Android phones. Handcent is much better IMO.
