Help Gameloft 3D Games Problem

Hmm ok so I downloaded Asphalt 6 3D and Lets Golf 2 3D from the Gameloft website. Asphalt lets me see the 3D opening movie then closes to the desktop. Lets Golf 2 3D says it isn't a genuine copy of Let's Golf 2 3D and force quits. WTF? lol Anyone else having this prob?
 
can't answer your question, but to add another question about gameloft games.

if we hard reset can we reinstall them? spiderman is pretty cool
 
Update on this - I called Gameloft a few times and they troubleshooted it with me. It looks like Asphalt 6 3D and Let's Golf 2 3D both aren't working at the moment because of the software updates that hit the Evo 3D today. They have filed a case to fix it. The guy sent me Assasin's Creed 3D and Nova 3D to compensate for it. I haven't downloaded them yet, but let's hope they work. He said to call back in a week and they'll send me the updated ones that I purchased for free. Good news, but yeah - bummed I can't try out the other ones.
 
This happened me last night. I purchased Nova 3D and when i tried to open it, it says "this is not an original copy of Nova 3D". I sent customer support an email but have yet to hear back from them.
 
I don't even see NOVA 3D as a game that's available. As a side note, as games become available that you may have already purchased, just call Gameloft and they'll send you the E3D version.

The 3D effect is cool, but it seems like they sacrificed the qHD resolution for WVGA for it to run smooth.

Yeah when I downloaded the Assassin's Creed game and tried it it worked fine. The dude said he was sending me Nova 3D but I never got it. It wasn't an option when I downloaded it so I bet they are going to take all of them down cept assasin's creed since it's the only one that works =P

whats their number? i bought nova a while back. their contact page wont load right now
 
yes same here, Let's golf 2 3D doesn't work get the not an original game message as well as for Nova 3D and Asphalt 3D intro works then CTD's altho Spider man 3D demo does work ok.
 
Speaking of gameloft...

Why aren't any of their other games showing up in the market? Like I duno... Modern Combat 2? I bought that.... it was and still IS fun. It'd be nice to play it on the new Evo, seeing as my other Evo only pull 28 fps at best while playing. But.... none of them are in the market. In fact, hardly ANY of the graphic intensive games are in the market to boot at this. I'm wondering what's up... is it because the Evo 3D isn't on everyone's 'supported' list yet?
 
Well, Assassin's Creed and Spiderman are the only ones that work right now. It will probably take a couple of extra days to get the Market version updated after they put the version up on their own site first.
 
I wish i saw this thread earlier! when i got my phone yesterday i of course downloaded the update. And now today i wanted to buy a 3d game so i downloaded Asphalt6 3D and it played the preview, then goes back to the main screen. I uninstalled it, and reinstalled it. Then called gameloft and sent an email to then realize they were closed on weekends. But after seeing this thread, well that answered all my questions!

Yeah, games still aren't working. If you go to the Gameloft site the only game now is a discounted Assassin's Creed for 2.99. Cool thing is when I go to "my downloads" it has the four games there - the two i bought and the two Gameloft gave me for free - either way, it's cool to have them - would be nice to play though =P lol

oh man, i just tried it to and it worked! not sure how??? its ok..... with the 3d effects on you need to use the steering wheel or touch screen controls to work, which is to hard, so its actually better in 2d.
 
It's pretty awesome. The Accellerometer controls are disabled in 3d mode so that's kind of a bummer but the onscreen ones aren't too bad once you bump up the sensitivity. Pretty fun. It's hard for my eyes to adjust to a normal screen right after playing though.
 
Probably some sort of hotfix that downloaded in the background while the game started up. Sometimes with Gameloft's games you'll see a message pop-up that says "Checking for updates."

I'm not sure I like the 3D with Let's Golf...the camera spins around too much.

i ended up emailing, and they claim they only let you download once and for the device you originally purchased it for only. so no 3d version, you have to rebuy.

you successfully got free 3d versions?
 
That rep that responded to you did not get the memo then. Someone should show him this:

I called them up and told them I got a different device and they sent the download links to me via SMS. I'm not the only one. Daveloft has some connections there and confirmed that they changed their DRM to phone numbers and not specific devices:

called instead and indeed the guy sent the link right over. annoying that it wont dl over 4g though so have to wait on this to make sure its 3d.
