Games You Would Like to See on the G1

+1 for Worms.

I would like to see Dig Dug, and Tetris sometime soon. I'm not a big fan of Scrabble, but multiplayer sounds like fun.

btw, for the risk fans out there, there is a game... idk what the name is. my phone is plugged in my room and im in the living room using the tether on my laptop... its like aevum obscurum. CRAZY AWESOME. turn based strategy game like risk but more mature. if you like risk you will like it.
 
May get slated for this as it is a iphone game but tap tap revenge is a great game, and i have heard they are considering making it for Android.
 
Thrust

A game from the c64 where you controlled a space craft which had to pick up packages from the surface and below while just having the power to rotate and thrust against gravity

VERY addictive and id say not that difficult to code.
 
Worms deffintly. even my old nokia 5300 had worms on it from t-zones. idk why they havent made one for andriod yet.
 
Another idea could be one of the old X-com games like UFO - Enemy unknown, this could be a good one to do! or a re-invension of it!

Since they're all flash based, in theory it could be something we can do once Adobe gets that flash player out next year.

Have you tried this out? twisty - Google Code I found it tonight while looking for exactly what you were. I ran one of the preloaded games (Anchorhead, which is an awesome game) but I haven't gone much past that.

Scrabble -- please

When i had an iPhone there was a great Scrabble game so i for one am hoping the writer can do the same in our format.
The iPhone by the way was great but broke down twice in the same week then i let the battery run right down and after recharging it lost all the apps and games i had put on. I took the refund option
 
For all you people saying "Worms +1", I would suggest Goobers vs Boogers. I think it'll have what you're looking for.

Have you checked the market place for games at all? There are already a couple version of Doom available. Somebody already released a free demo version of Quake. Uno already exists I think as well. And there is already an amazing NES Emulator (NESoid) and SNES emulator (SNESoid) a Sega Genesis Emulator (GENsoid) and a GBA emulator. I already have NESoid and SNESoid and they run almost perfectly on my G1. I play Mario, Zelda, Rygar, Metroid.. and all kinds of games all the time. You should check them out.
 
I want iphone quality games. How does the Magic have more RAM than iPhone 3GS, and almost the same procc, but the games are so crap (mostly)? I mean, we should be very close to 3GS, and at least on par with the iphone 3G. Is there something wrong with the SDK, enviro, etc?

I mean honestly, google cant even build a keyboard that doesnt lag when it uses auto correct?
 
I'd like to see EA and Zynga make their iphone/itouch games for Android too. FIFA, Madden, Tiger from EA and Mafia Wars, Texas Hold'Em from Zynga.
