Root Gangnam Style with shootervm support no flashy

I was delighted to see shootervm support in the recent gangnam style build.

However, bad news friends.

Just thought I'd save some people the hassle before they wipe everything. =)
I'd inform dastin but I'm not sure he reads pms on xda, and I can't post in root cause i'm too lazy to make 10 posts somewhere else.

There is no "shootervm" product code, it uses "shooter" just like the Evo 3D. I added an assert for "shooter" in the MMS zip file to prevent damage to other phones since it now formats the cache partition by EMMC block number, and that obviously runs fine on the Evo V.

I'll make a post in dastin's XDA thread to let him know.
