Hello every one, I have Samsung Galaxy S GT-I9003 phone. I have problem with installing gapps after installing Jelly Bean on it. I tried flashing the gapps zip file from my sd card & I also try to unzip it and install it from the terminal command but both ways did worked for me. Please let me know if there is any advise how to fix the issue.

I am not sure about your issue, you probably need to install a JB version of Gapps, but I am sure someone in your device forum will definitely be able to help guide you with your issue. Cheers, see below

Welcome to the forums. I think you will need to flash the JB gapps to get it to work also.
