I have had my Inc a few weeks now and I know I saw something about garbled reception on here, however, I can't find it. I thought I read that an upcoming update would remedy the call quality. They hear me fine. It is just that they come across garbled and hard to understand. I have tried playing with the volume and that doesn't help.
Is there a fix coming or is this something I should have Verizon fix? I love this phone and don't want to change.
I have been with Verizon for years and never had these kind of problems. Reception and call quality was never an issue. Now I know how the AT&T folks feel....
