Root GB .596 issue lag and wallpaper

Having an issue that started last night, phone just stopped keeping my wallpaper and would go back to the stock screen while the phone was in use, texting. Then also the lag between the home screens has become horrible.
I have plenty of free space and working memory.
Amy ideas?

Did you happen to wipe data/factory reset after you flashed the 596? I know people will usually forget to do this but it really does prevent most problems like this.

you should wipe data and cache before the flash...

I did not wipe, but the instructions said you did not have to coming from .595
Also i haven't had the issue until last night. Being running .596 for several days now.

if nothing else, try rebooting and wiping cache

Yes I know but depending on what you flash on your phone ( roms, themes, etc) our phones can be a little picky about when you do a data wipe. Sometimes before works, sometimes after works.

I take Metfanants stance on it and just wipe before and after I flash an os.
