I recently added a second exchange email to my phone and the battery life went straight to the dump. Completely dead in 5-6 hours, with minimal to no use. Checking the phone status shows email to be the culprit, draining over 50% of the battery in that time.
I read something from April 2011 over on xda that this is a known issue with Samsung et al, but does anyone know if there has been a fix? I can't seem to find that information anywhere.
