Root GB Keyboard Options

I did that earlier. But I'm having difficulties doing everything else that I want to it. When I decompile and compile the app without making any changes (literally running one command after the other), sign it, and try to put it back in system app it won't recognize the app and I'm only left with the swype KB. Also Apktool resizes it after compiling. Prior to decompiling the app was 1.7 mb and after 1.3 mb.

Anybody have any ideas?? really pissing me off since this is how I modified the other KB for froyo
 
I loaded my GB keyboard I had from .340. I got it through apex of liberty. one or the other, not sure. The smilie key is gone tho. :(
 
the .zip is GoodGB_KB.zip (I think)
in that zip file the only .apk is LatinIME.apk

again, I'm not exactly sure if this is the right one. I'll test it out and see if I'm right.
