Root **GB Leak** issue?

When I click to open my app (Drawer) it goes to a black screen no apps at all. So to get my apps I have to reboot phone and then I see the icons.

Any one else having that issue? thank you!
 
Yes yes, wipe data, all the 'proper' techniques. The release is buggy. Flickering screens, wifi issues, app download issues, artifacting menus on battery stats, etc. etc.

not saying you arent having or didnt have issues but I can say I havnt had one single issue with the GB leak and I know a lot of people arent having issues with it either so idk how buggy the leak is... it might have been something else going on there.

I too have no issues. Works great and couldn't even think of going back.

Goto battery usage. See the blue line broken up?

When you goto a new screen, pay attention to the brightness, it adjusts slightly randomly. Turn wifi on and try to install an app from the online market via your computer.

I get no change in screen brightness when changing between screens or opening apps. I hadnt tried installing an app from the online market over wifi before so I just tried to install bubble blast 2 from the online market while my phone is on wifi, it installed perfectly normal

also, the blue broken line. I think its supposed to be like that.. the blue line for awake time and the blue line for screen on match up like its showing blue when my phone was awake (blue) vs asleep (no line)

again im going to say, I do not think it is the leak that is the issue because I just debunked all three issues you listed

Who cares if there isn't a blue line and there is supposed to be? Does it affect the screen at all? What's the big deal.

No problem with Brightness, and I don't use the computer market to install apps.

You are right. I clicked on the hours and it pulled up a bar graph of sorts. I never saw that before.

Other things still buggin. I will try one more sbf.

this isnt about preference, this is about supposed problems with gingerbread that others can not reproduce
which is why I said I think it might have been something else causing his issues and not the GB leak


edit: wally im not telling you your wrong or telling you "you should be on GB omg wtf is wrong with you why arnt you on GB OMG OMG OMG" (lol) im just trying to point out that I think you had other issues in the works there

Aside from broken market links (mostly fixed with AppBrain) and some apps no longer showing up in the market, rooted GB is working fine for me.

IMO gingerbread isnt good stock, needs liberty or apex to make it better, with Rogue Cell X theme ^_^

I dont believe that is an issue. It is planned. I believe it has something to do with connected vs not connected (froyo had the same images for it instead of different ones so you wouldnt see the change)
if you break down the framework on froyo youll see what im talking about
 
Can someone go into menu/setting/battery&data manager/Battery Mode. Then click back then go back into battery mode a few times paying attention to the screens brightness. I see it jump up a hair in brightness 1 second after the screen changes. It does it about 75% of the time. It's very slight, you have to be indoors to notice.
