On cm7 update is anybody having a issue where say youre calling your bank or just talking to someone and you pull the phone away to make a selection the screen doesnt return sometimes, in cyanogenmod settings under display i have screen off animations unchecked, and screen on animations checked, are those the correct settings ?

I think ur posed to disable them period.
