Root GBreak X vs X2

It seems that Gingerbreak works on the X2, but not on the X.

More info would be needed. What OS is on the DX2, does it have a different bootloader, etc.

the x2 is on froyo with the gingerblur theme added to it,
so its froyoblur lol
and it does have a different bootloader.

I would take Froyoblur over GB anyday. My phone + GB =
