Gears of War 3 delayed to November 2011

Straight from the horses mouth

I was really looking forward to Gears 3 this April, but it is now being delayed to November 2011. Not because of bugs, but so it can make more money. I understand why they are doing this, and shouldn't be surprised since the last 2 games were released in November, but I am really sad I have to wait 7 more months :(

Thoughts?

:rolleyes: Great. Maybe we'll have Froyo for our SF's by then
 
I don't mind it, it means they can make the game even more awesome. I got enough stuff I want next year on my consoles. So I feel it's not that big deal.

Overall, it will just make the game better IMO
 
Yeah as long as long as their doing it to make it better I'm alright with it. The first two we're just incredible games. I love the single player with co-op the most. I rarely played the mutli-player.
 
The main reason for the delay is purely marketing reasons, as the game is on schedule. They better be polishing it that much more, though

Never understood this approach; seems counter intuitive
