Curious anyone's thoughts on letting a battery completely drain, before charging VS pluggin it in every night, whether its low or not?
Does it develope a "memory", and thereby cut the useable charge down?

Well, that big ol' can-o-worms just exploded open...
Like most everything else, you'll find that folks disagree on the answer to this question.
Personally, I'm of the 'plug it in whenever you want to' group because everything I know tells me that Li-ion batteries don't develop a memory like the old Ni-cads did.
Go here, and read the 'optimizing your battery' thread, after that you can form your own opinion (or not, whichever).
