Root General NANDROID Backup Question

[SquirrelNuts]

Is it possible to flash a nandroid backup from one phone to another? I'm getting a replacement next week (stupid reboot), and was curious if once rooted and CWR installed, if I could just do a recovery.

Yes, you can make a backup with your phone, and restore it on another. I did this with mine and my friends ascend, and there were no problems. She kept her phone number and all that so there weren't 2 phones with the same service lol

Would someone be willing to post a link to download a stock nand backup just incase others need it? Thank you.

Aren't there stock roms? People can just flash those
