Help general questions about android syste

i have galaxy s4 9505
1- how can i now when will kitkat release for my device?
2- what is quadcore?what does it mean exactlly?what is difference beetwen quadcoreof phones and computers?
3- when i plugg handsfree into phone , last music play automatically.why?how can i disable it?

1. - When it's released you will get a notification on the phone that there is an update available. When this happens will depend on Samsung, on where you are, and whether you bought the phone through a carrier (it's slower if the carrier modify the software first).

2 - That the phone has 4 processor cores. Basically it can multitask better, or split apps into multiple threads which can be executed in parallel.
It's the same idea in PC chips, but those processors will be more powerful (can do more work for the same clock speed and number of cores). Of course they also use a lot more power to do it - there's a good reason you don't have a quad-core i7 in your phone!

3 - check the settings of your music player app. I don't know this phone's music app, but that's where the option to turn this off will be. Look for the word "resume" would be my guess.
