Generic Icons

I was wondering if anyone else has noticed the issue where their icons for apps saved to the SD card will turn into the generic green android icon after restarting their phones?

Yeah it happens to me all the time....I searched the net and found that if you change your skin or wallpaper after a reboot, it will bring back the icons for the apps on your SD card. Before I found that out, I was removing and replaing *all* my app icons. What a PITA.

Also, on the app page in the market, they will usually say it is ok or not ok to put on the SD card. The ones that say SD card ok won't change. The ones that say don't put on SD card will change.

Strange...I have app2sd on my phone, and the apps that say its okay to move to sd card, are still turning into generic droid icons when I reboot.

Yeah, I figured that out the other day. I hope they plan on patching that with an update
