Help Gensoid Lite help... multi direction d-pad & six button?

Anyone else running Gensoid Lite and not able to have the multi-direction d-pad or six button pad show up? All i can get is the 4-way dpad (up, down, left, right) and 3 buttons (A,B,C)?

This is my first android phone. is there something I am missing?
