Geo tagging

Hi I am a grand mother of 5 and I want to turn off the Geo tagging on my Galaxy S. I do not want my pictured to be traced of my grandchildren this is why I found your site. I hope you can help I turn my blue tooth off I was told this could help thanks from Sandy

Welcome to the AndroidForums, Sandy.

I think this is what you are looking for:

- start-up the camera app
- then press the menu key when the image appears
- select "Tags" and make sure "Auto Location Tag" is un-checked

The above is how I did it on my Droid X...I would think that it would be the same for your phone, but if it doesn't match-up, then drop a quick line to the folks in this forum:
