Help Get a black screen when trying to access notifications while on a call.

When I'm on a call and try to access the notifications page, the screen flashes black for a few seconds. This is only a problem when I'm on a call and surfing the web and want to return to the call to hang-up.

I have to access the call by clicking the phone icon in the tray and selecting return to call.

I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

Thanks.

Apparently, it's a proximity sensor issue. I guess it's activated when I move my hand toward the top of the screen where the notification bar is.

i've had this issue... especially related to the notification slider while being on the phone... i never knew it was related to the "proximity" sensor... anyone have more info that is strange to me

There's no more info, really. The problem is that when you stick your hand at the top of the screen, often times you'll accidentally cover up the proximity sensor, so the phone things you've got it against your face and turns the screen off.

Try accessing it without your hand going above the top of the screen (i.e. stick your finger at the top of the screen, not your whole hand) and stick to the left side of the screen (which is as far away from the sensors as you can get).
