Help "Get More" button in e-mail

I use the Corporate Sync on my Moto Droid X and I'm having an issue with some of the messages requiring me to hit that dreaded "get more" button just to view the message. I'm not referring to downloading anything like a picture or PDF, just the body of the e-mail. Odd thing is, I've narrowed it down to only two of my contacts. It ALWAYS makes me hit the button for them. I looked at their info and there is nothing different about them from any of my other contacts, either personal or business. Is there a box I need to check or a setting somewhere that will eliminate this? Very frustrating and annoying. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
