Get rid of Sense lockscreen

I've set up a pattern unlock on my phone but I still have to pull down the HTC sense clock thingy before I do the unlock. Can I make it just the pattern screen to unlock or am I stuck with HTC's bloatware

You're stuck with the "bloatware".

There are other lock screens which will allow you to access certain phone functions via the lock screen, will that help? I had a mess about with one called Home Locker(?) yesterday and there's the popular Widget Locker Pro.

I think I will just put up with it, WidgetLocker drained my battery, glad I just got an APK file of it for testing purposes now
