getprop ril.MSL not working

So getprop ril.MSL isnt out putting any numbers. I tried just getprop and did find the msl listed. Alogcat gives numbers but the phone wont take them. Any ideas on this?

Did you try BOTH numbers? It worked for me, just make sure you try both numbers.

The first set of numbers powers the phone off. The second set just doesnt work. After three tries with second set the phone powers off. Not shure what Im doing wrong.
