Help Getting 2 alerts for my gmail

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? There is a default sound for alerts and there is sounds when you go into the options of email and texts. How do I silence one of them so I only get one alert when an email comes in?

Yeah there are 2 apps on the phone Email and GoogleMail, pick which one you want to use hten go into the other an disable the alerts

Yeah, I disabled the Notification in the email settings....worked! Thx
