I had an issue with my battery suddenly dying 3 days in a row after being off the charger for an hour. They told me my warranty had expired and I'd need to buy a new battery. I ended up having to escalate to a supervisor to get a refurb for free w/out a battery as opposed to buying a new battery. Now tell me... why would I buy a battery when I know it is the phone and I pay for a warranty every month on the phone?!?! A battery doesn't "go bad" overnight. The "new" phone is 6 days old and I've experienced the MAJOR lag time on the phone, NUMEROUS dropped calls, and the SMS error. I'll be taking it back in tomorrow morning to get another one. The only reason I haven't done it yet is that the Verizon store isn't on my side of town and I don't have the option to just take off work for a morning/afternoon to waste 3-4 hours on a phone swap (most of that time being spent sitting idly at the store waiting on the incompetent customer service reps to figure out what to do with my phone).

I got a refurb cause mine was scrolling to the left. The new one seems fine. I have the call lag every so often. I usually reboot. I have had the lag so bad that when I try to call again, (thinking maybe I didn't hit the button correctly) I end up having 4 or 5 lines calling? Which is wierd. Are there any apps that my be suspect of causing this or overload on the processor or just the phone itself?
