Root Getting a new phone, help with old

My X is starting to have some issues so VZW is shipping me a new one today. Right now my phone is running Liberty, what is the best way to go about getting back to stock before shipping my old one back? Do i need to SBF to .320 then do the system .340 sbf? Or can i just do the .340 system sbf?

you can do the .340 just do a factory reset or data/cache wipe before hand.

as long as you have already been on .320 it will work fine. i have done it a few times. on several phones.
