Help Getting an 8gig SD micro card ?

Hi all i have a standard HTC Desire, rooted with Leedroid rom (no 2sd+), it came with a standard 4gig Micro SD card.

Today i ordered an 8gig Class 6 Micro SD card to replace it.

Are there any problems i could expect, i dont want to mess about with partitions, is the Desire compatible with an 8gig card ?, am i correct in thinking that it has to be Formatted FAT32 ?.

hi there, i would save everything and format it anyway to FAT32, however it should come like that anyway.

As for compatibility yes you'll be fine with 8gb, the Desire is capable of taking up to 32gb.

Right now I have 8GB class 6 microSD in Desire. No problem at all.
