When I first started with the Note, I had a problem getting the Contacts from my old HTC Desire, and the only way I could see was through a GMail account through establishing an IMAP Email Account that reads all the contact info and makes it available on my Note. So the trouble with that is that these numbers and all the associated fields are really always being updated over the air, and I think slows things down as I grow more contact info. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
I've got outlook 2010 on my Laptop, but what I really want is to be able to keep this info on my Note (just the contacts that I choose, and not all the Outlook ones). So is this possible, as I don't think I can clearly see a way for doing this. I need to be able to get these contacts off the GMAIL (IMAP) account and just have them stored in "something" that will sync with my laptop, and be able to choose what has the priority between the Note and Outlook, when Synching.
