Root Getting back to stock

I did a search and came up with some stuff for other phone (EVO, Hero, nexus, etc..) But I can not find how to get back to stock on my Incredible.

I have rooted, have clockwork, etc installed. I want the phone back to it was when I bought it. Is this possible? If so can someone point me in the right direction?
 
He mentions root in the video a few times. This will take the phone back exactly the way it was when I bought it and allow me to get OTA updates, etc with no trace of root?
 
I tried that video method today. His rom image would not load unless I was s-off. After it flashed it put back the stock boot loader but I was still s-off. I had to put back the clockworkmod to get to s-on. Now I have a stock rom, s-on, but the clockworkmod recovery.

Can anyone get me to full stock. I have to return this phone tomorrow.
