Howdy all,
Last week I busted my captivate screen really badly. I'd been having some other problems with it though so rather than drop the money to fix the phone I decided to just buy another one. I have my new droid so I'd like to sell the busted captivate for parts and etc. but first I'd like to get my pics off of the Captivate's internal memory and then wipe out my personal data. Problem is, I guess the phone was set to ask for connectivity type on USB connection, and with the screen ruined I can't tell it mass storage or kies or whatever to get the stuff off the internal memory. So, 2 questions:
1. How can I get my pics and other et cetera off my captivate when the screen won't work and I can't select the USB Connection?
2. How can I clear all my personal data with the same problem?
