Root Getting Frustrated

Ok, so I downloaded the new GB root zip file, I wiped cache/factory setting and did the whole entire shabang! But nowwwwwww its freezing up on me, sometimes it wont show the icons on the dock, or it will go to a black screen !!! Im getting tired of constantly rebooting my phone. Any clue as into why its doing this??
 
It's probably bogged down because the market is syncing your apps, atleast that was what happened to me, it was really slow, froze, while syncing.
