Help Getting Phone Calls

Sometimes when receiving a phone call the phone rings but the screen stays black.There's no way to answer it.Any suggestions?

Sounds like lag or a conflicting app that's hooking into the phone process.

What other apps do you have installed on your phone?

I have a bunch of apps on the phone.Deleted any I installed since this started happening.Same.I also get once in a while android processing has stopped error message.Had the phone since released.The lag can be horrible at times.

If you've already uninstalled all your apps anyway, no harm in trying a factory reset and seeing if that helps. It'll erase all your data, so make sure you've backed up anything you care about.
