Getting rid of Apps

I have a few apps I will never use so here are a few questions:

1. How do I remove "Briefing"?
2. Why do I have 2 "Google Play Services"......one is 198MB and the other is 11.35MB.......which one should I keep?
3. Do I need "Hangouts" and how can I remove it?
4. What is Knox and do I need it?
5. What is Samsung Pay, Samsung Push.....I never use these......can I delete them?
6. What is S Voice...do I need it........
7. What is Smartswitch?
8. Samsung Pass?

You'll need to root your phone in order to remove system apps. If you don't want to root, you can disable the apps. If you do root, you can use an app called titanium backup to remove the apps.

To answer some of the questions:

Yes, you can safely uninstall Hangouts

S voice is Samsung equivalent to Google now

Smart switch lets you switch automatically between 2ghz and 5ghz WiFi connection

Most, if not all, apps you mentioned are system apps that can't be uninstalled. They are apps that Samsung includes on their devices. Removing some of them might cause your device not to function. I would just disable what you can and not worry about the rest.
