When I received my device, Skype was pre-installed on the stock ROM, but after flashing to Tim's ROM 5a, I am not able to find Skype in the market and I'm not able to find an APK anywhere.

According to what mentioned on Skype official site, this version should support video call via 3G network or WiFi. Unfortunately, This version is not compatible with Flytouch3. So, hope a hacked version would be out there soon.
