Help Getting tired of this: Stock weather app

Another fine example of why I don't come here too often. Stop moving my threads.

Every once in a while I accidentally delete the stock weather app from my home screen (I have no idea how it's happening which is another issue completely). Normally, I can just add it back and it works fine. This time I can't get the damn thing back. I use the widget that take up the top half of the screen (the one that's there when you get the phone). Now, when I try to add it back, it says there is no room and I need to pick another screen to add it to. Any ideas what is going on?

If you have more than 2 rows of single icons on the bottom half it won't fit.

Its happened to me just reboot and re add it.

It sounds like it's still there, it's just invisible. If you press and hold in the area where it should be, does it act like there's an app there?

I love the weather animation even though I have never seen the blowing leaves animation on windy days (doubt it exists), but it bothers me when it is 9pm and it shows the sun shining. I work in a place with no windows so like the animation.

Yeah, it's a problem on this forum for sure! They have their reasons, but I disagree. I visit less often because of it.

So why dont you click the "all your posts" link in the favorite forums box? It takes you to all your posts, even if they've been moved.

that would be too easy and i guess he isnt smart enough to figure that out cause i know he has ranted about that before too

I kind of understand what he means by moving the threads. I have found that when my thread is moved from the Incredible room, it gets almost no visibility so I never get an answer to my question/issue. I tend to use this forum to get help with issues when I can't find the answer anywhere else.
I know we can add tags, but people tend to search for solutions, not search for offering answers.

There's no rant about "So why dont you click the "all your posts" link in the favorite forums box?" in there ... there's a rant about over-aggressive modes moving threads.

Good job finding that thread though ... it shows initiative.

What i do now is just try to create less threads, and stick to ones people already made, and mods already moved haha
