Root Gingerbread and Bootstrapping

I upgraded to rooted gingerbread that I downloaded from the tbh app. I also downloaded the deodexed version that I want to install, but I can no longer bootstrap. I've tried it through ROM Manager, Droid X Bootstrap Recovery, and by holding down the home button. All I get is a blank screen. I am not sure why I can no longer access the recovery. Is anyone else getting this problem?

You have to buy Droid 2 Bootstrapper. It works. For some reason DX Bootstrapper doesn't work on GB for us.

Thanks, I'll test that out. Also I got the stock recovery to work after reading the known gingerbread issues thread.

no need to test it. it works. and it was in the installation directions all over the place on how to properly instal GB
