I use a Sony Ericsson WT19a (AKA Live With Walkman). It runs on Gingerbread originally, but is upgradable to ICS. Can anyone please explain how to upgrade it?

Well the normal system update is menu> system settings> software update..

But it could in "about phone" too

Connect your phone to your computer and it will ask you to install Sony PC companion. Install it on your computer and use this software to upgrade the mobile to ICS.
