Alright, thank you and I would've replied earlier but I was busy doing stuff and I am updating the cell now, but I do need to know.. I do not believe in using roots/hacks/custom roms/jailbreaking a phone. Whatever hackers like to call it. So, is this a legit rom from Sprint/HTC. If it is, then great, and if it is not, then how can I go about removing it. Thanks again..

Yes, it is a legit ROM from HTC/Sprint. If it wasn't, your device wouldn't have accepted it . It's just the latest version that everyone else received via the OTA that you were for some reason not receiving.
