Help Gingerbread - lost some apps/widgets

HTC EVO 4G - I just installed the Gingerbread (2.3.3) update, and I've lost some widgets and my alarm clock app. The weird thing is, I still have the GPS, Bluetooth and WiFi toggle widgets on my home screen, but I can't find them in the add widget menu. I'm missing my profile widget and can't find it anywhere either.

I used that Alarm clock app a lot. Any idea what's happening?

All those widgets should be there. reboot and see if they come back.
