Help Gingerbread Not Downloading

Okay, I received the OTA notification for Gingerbread this morning when I woke up (yay!!!). So when I hit download and restart, it counted down, then nothing. It did absolutely nothing, it didn't download, restart or anything. Anyone know what might be causing this and a possible solution?

Oh, and when I go to "software update" it tells me that everything is up to date... even though I'm still running 2.2...
 
Notified yesterday morning update was avail. Hung up on the reboot screen for 2 hours. Shutdown and update was gone. Still at 2.2, and "System Update" indicate "Your system is currently up to date"
 
I was had a custom Rom and s-off. Though I am now completely factory s-on and standard recovery.
