What leads you to believe that it's compatible with our phone? I'd love to try it if it is!

It's unlikely that you'd get any signal from using this ROM.
Since the other variations of the motorola triumph are GSM phones and the triumph is CDMA, the rom will most likely not allow the radios in the phone to work properly.
