Gingerbread OTA is rolling out

I'm 99.99% certain they're wrong.

There is not one mention of it anywhere on the web, even Twitter.

I don't believe it. Engadget say thanks to "Thanks to everyone who sent this in" yet I can't see one post on Twitter from someone saying they've got Gingerbread.

I am being optimistically cautious about the OTA rolling out right now. Once we get that "OMG I GOT 2.3!!!!!!" then I will believe it.

Although I posted this in another thread, I think it's hard to believe that there is a roll out same say as the SDK...

Maybe I'm wrong - hope so!

I dunno about right after, I think there will be a delay to make sure the NS is the only phone with it at Xmas time.

that makes no sense really ...only NS and N1 can have 2.3 ,so i can't see the point of doing that :s
...i don't think they'll hold back on N1 ,in fact it is a Google product.

I could totally see samsung asking for and receiving exclusive 2.3 rights from google for the rest of 2010. I personally would not expect an OTA 2.3 for N1 this year. I hope i'm wrong.

Yeah, I can see that happening, because Gingerbread is all that the NS has going for it.

There's no reason to be pessimistic...it wouldn't work anyway... ;)

The sooner we get Gingerbread, the sooner will people start thinking of getting Honeycomb. Madness

maybe we'll get gingerbread right after the ns is released to show that if you get a nexus branded phone, you get the updates first. might actually be a selling point for the ns. as if to say, "look, the first two phones to get the latest release were the nexus s and one. get the ns and you will never be left behind."

maybe... maybe not...

i'm crossing my fingers!
