Root Gingerbread+Sense?

[jmar]

So one of my buddies has a sense rom that he likes but it is 2.2...is there a sense rom that is 2.3 or a sense rom that includes features from 2.3? My friend loves sense but I like 2.3 vanilla. Any options out there?

Right now, it's either or. HTC hasn't fully ported Sense to Gingerbread, which is why none of their phones currently utilize it. However, a test ROM leaked recently, which showed that it is in development. So like me, you need to choose between a 2.3 ROM, or a Sense ROM. I've gone back and forth, but I prefer the uniformity of Sense. I just can't fully duplicate it in Cyanogen.
