Root Gingerbread theme with Battery Percentage

after 2days of messing up the framework-res.apk I've finally managed to do this :D

You thank-o-holic! Btw, I just installed it and it doesnt't work for me. Stuck at white logo.

Anyone confirming?

LE: I'd like to add that my 2.1+root+Jit+app2sd is a little unstable so may be from different reason, not the framework itself.
 
Just did it. Doesn't work. Back to xRecovery. :(

Tomorrow I'll just change my phone back to stock, put back my country firmware, update it and root it with superoneclick. Maybe it will be more stable. Then I'll try again and let you know.

Still, you did a great job, and if the firmware works for you, I'm shure it's my phone.

btw, is urs showing the gingerbread theme whn u on landscape mode on setting? coz the previous one i dl from others showing blue theme whn im on landscape mode on setting

Yes its blue too for me.. lol
 
To be honest I want to mod the gingerbread v3 with custom animations. :) And didn't really figure out how to mod the xml files of even WHAT I have to mod. So if you don't have time for a tut, atleast give me a hint or something. Pleaaaaaase! :)

What exactly do you want?
Do you want to edit animations?
 
Well, yes! as a first step I wanted to add your mod to the Gingerbread v3 because it already has the animations. As for thanimations themselves, I don't know how to mod them. But I'm willing to learn. :)

Try this I don't know if it is going to work

Replace the following files from my mod to the animation one

resources. Asrc
Stat_system_battery from the drawable folder
And the 100png's from drawable-mdpI

You can use 7zip
