Help Gingerbread Update for Samsung Epic 4G

Anyone hear anything new about the update? I have been trying to find more info but nothing comes up just the new leak that i don't trust. When does the OTA start and has anybody gotten updates? I tried updating my profile, and PRL but it says it can't that something is wrong, can that be a sign of the OTA? Thanks!

there is no set date yet all i hear is talk about an epic 2 that has better hardware to support gingerbread some people say the epic now is not good enough i love it i have the eh06 leak nothing really changed except i have better battery life

The Epic Touch seems like it will come out before we get GB. Which I am fine with because most likely I'll be updating to the sgs2.
