Gingerbreak & root still working after 3.1 update?

I guess more importantly, will Gingerbreak work if you update to 3.1 and then use Gingerbreak.

I just rooted and set up Clockwork Recovery on my A500 after I installed the 3.1 OTA this afternoon.

Gingerbreak will not work, but the folks over at XDA are always on top of things. See this link for Iconiaroot:

It takes a few minutes to work, so just be patient, it worked fine for me. I moved it to my A500 using Dropbox, then just clicked on it and it installed beautifully.

Then I went to the market and downloaded/installed Acer Recovery Installer, which has Clockwork Recovery built into it. Already backed up my Acer with a recovery image.
