i hate to say it,but you ,may not want to use titanium backup at all. there have been issues with it and gingerbread(phone becoming laggy and glitchy,apps force closing left and right
). id only use it if you have an app that contains data that you absolutely cannot live without. youll prolly be happy in the long run of you just redownload them.
to put my apps back,i send them to my phone from the online android market. its considerably quicker than searching the market on your phone.

I've only used the market on the phone.
i think really you just want to avoid doing a batch restore that may inadvertantly restore something it shouldnt.
up at the top youll see a "my market account" there youll see a list of all your apps,much like going to "my apps" in the market on your phone. i can go down the list real fast and send them to my phone from there and thenjust wait for them to all download. its much quicker than doing it from your phone.
