I have an lg esteem that I recently flashed with gingersteem extreme and when I tried downloading Netflix it said device not compatible with this item. I fixed it for a day by changing LCD density to 240 clearing market cache and then clearing data and then finally using market enabler to fake it to us Verizon. Now whenever I try to load the market it days server error and now I don't know what to do! YouTube cameup with nothing and searching google Didnothing so I am coming here. I need a permanent fix. Plz help!!!

just try reflashing ur rom again make sure u have a back up

You can also TRY

Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> All

and clear Data for Google Services Framework then going to Market erasing Cache FIRST then Data, reboot and try that... it may or may not work.
