Root Gingersteem or Gingersteem Extreme?

I was wondering, which rom should i flash my Esteem to? What are the advantages or disadvantages to each?

Yea, just flash GingerSteem 1.0 and if you like it then try GingerSteem Extreme and then use that to OverClock yourself and play around, if you like it more then keep it, if you hate it or like GingerSteem OG better then go ahead and reflash GingerSteem OG.
